I've got a Sigma 10-20mm that's useful on FF from about 14mm, albeit with pretty heavy vignetting, so it ends up slightly wider than my 16-35mm f/2.8. Forrest Tanaka has some great shots done with a similar setup: https://www.flickr.com/photos/forrest-tanaka/sets/72157644165962035/ You can also put on a 1.4x teleconverter to increase the coverage of the lens on the sensor, at the cost of a stop of light.
