Thx for the tip on iostat, didn't know that one

I noticed that after boot %util is 100% for a while due to running
processes (such as Crashplan starting up) and I've noticed there were
kernel tasks related to btrfs itself consuming most IO bandwidth.

I've done some config changes to fstab and defragged the metadata and
right now IO seems normal (aka less than 1%).

I'm going to keep iostat running in another window & see if I can track
down what exactly is hogging my IO
