I find the % column particularly useful. It shows the fraction of the
time where not both read and write queue where empty. While the IO/s and
MB/s tell you how much the disks are "achieving", typically I'm most
interested in whether they are fully loaded or not.

The wait-times are also useful, particularly if you have disk arrays.
Often enough you'll see one disk having a higher latency than the
others. That one's slowing down the entire array and is most likely to
fail next.
