I believe that raw has no color profile set so it is up to the software to
apply one.
The settings of color profile in-camera apply only to jpegs.
Also I wouldn't use cLUT with darktable. The colors are off as the profile
is not applied correctly. You can try to compare with Photoshop applied
profile, or Digikam if you happen to be using Linux.
