I vote for the enthusiasm and actual ability to follow through and produce tutorials simply because he enjoys the (marvellous) software.
It's refreshing, so often lip service is not followed through with constructive effort. Language is an arbitrary factor now that Google translates so readily and not so badly either. My point of view only.
