I am having an annoying problem with Darktable. I've had that problem with
version 1.6.6 in Ubuntu 14.04 and 15.04 and I now having the same problem
with Darktable 1.6.7 in Fedora 22. The problem: In lighttable mode, DT
seems to be constantly regenerating the mipmaps. If I try to enter darkroom
before all mipmaps have been regenerated DT crashes. Today I experienced
over a dozen crashes. I am using a DELL XPS 13 notebook (core i7, 8 GB
RAM). I increased the memory to use for mipmap cache to 1024 but the
problem remains. I filed a bug report a while ago:

http://redmine.darktable.org/issues/10479

Today I started DT with darktable -d all . The output (up to the crash) is
available at

Other users have reported having the same problem. Suggestions are welcome.
Thank you in advance. Best, FC
