Then you have the bulk of what you need. With the RAW+XMP you should be able to recreate any edited file. If you also backup your ~/.config/darktable directory, then you'll have the database and configuration, so you'd then have 100% of what you need. I personally treat my database as semi-disposable, but that probably comes from playing with development versions of darktable.
