Yes, it is good idea how to measure it. But ;-), if we can offer this 
packages in this way why they integrated? Especially Free TSD which is 
more beta and by my opinion it is good for some relief but not as a 
stable 24x7 solution. OK. It depends on future support model and more 
things which is not probably clear now. Important now is collect data 
and I agree your proposal is good.
