Great. I was just going through the tickets yesterday and found a really old one about sphinx: http://datamapper.lighthouseapp.com/projects/20609-datamapper/tickets/81 We probably need a wiki page or something listing third-party adapters. I think the stuff outside of the dm-more plugin hierarchy is pretty much unknown to the rest of the DM community. I would love to see dm-is-searchable docs updated so that other full text search systems can use the same API. My knowledge of full text searching is a bit limited. What are some of the other popular systems besides Ferret and Sphinx? Does anyone know if there are DM adapters for those too?
