Satya, The RFP is available at this link NDAP <http://niti.gov.in/writereaddata/files/tenders/AMENDED-RFP-ndap.pdf> The RFP says you can attend the meeting for clarifications and there is no need to register for it. I will drop an email to see if we need a special invite.
