No I meant TAI 64. It starts in 1970, at v62.0.0.0.0.0.0.0. (Not
every-one starts counting at 0 or at 1...

There's not much to tell about TAI. It just counts seconds, 60 in a
minute, 3600 in an hour, 86400 in a day, 31536000 in a year (or
31622400, about once every 4 years). That's all you need to know about
TAI.

UT0, UT1, UTC and TT are the tricky time scales.
