yeah, guess so .. was thinking along the lines of eastern somestate is
Ameria/SomeCity and western somestate is America/AnotherCity. You know
the divide is somewhere around N degrees longitude so everything 100
miles to the west of the line gets America/AnotherCity and everything
100 miles to the east gets America/SomeCity. That leaves you with a 200
mile section that you'd need to sort for yourself.
Of course, it's never that easy is it?
