Kim, You can find all three of these programs by going to www.ti.com/dvevmupdates. Create an account if you have not already done so and log in. From the main page select the DM644x DVEVM section. In the miscellaneous Components section at the bottom of the page there is a package called "restore_1_20_00_10.tar.gz". If you download this package and extract it there will be another .tar.gz package inside called Release_BinaryPackage.tar.gz. If you unpack that package inside are the flashwriter, ubl, and u-boot images you are looking for.
