for PERSON objects, there is an optional "mnt-ref:" attribute:
https://apps.db.ripe.net/docs/RPSL-Object-Types/Descriptions-of-Secondary-Objects/#description-of-the-person-object
This can be used to restrict who is allowed to refer to that particular
PERSON object.
