Unfortunately I was rate-limited when using RDAP across RIRs so I used the GRS mirror databases and the Whois REST API. For each RIR, I queried using the route(6) prefix and the exact and all less specific flag and counted org: references. APNIC: org: reference found for 317 prefixes out of 1512.
