$55 or $65 is a rate for a taxi''s driver.

I am in $105 per hour and I believe this kind of rates are insulting the
DB2 DBA's professionals.

By the way, The company is asking 10 years of experience?
Please DBA's the market is totally different as it was 10 months ago, the market have started to grow up and don't be scared with the rates that the Head Hunters are offering because is not the real world.
