I just figured out what DBD::Sponge is good for:
It allows you to take some Perl data and turn it back into a DBI
statement handle.
This is certainly useful for DBD driver developers, but it seems like it
may be of broader interest as well. Is there any reason why it's not
documented? I could volunteer to take a first stab at writing that.
