Compiles and runs OK against regular (full instalation) 10.2.0.1
on perl, database perl v5.8.5 built for i386-linux-thread-multi, with
Database 10.2.0.1.0 CHAR set is AL32UTF8 (Unicode), NCHAR set is
AL16UTF16 (Unicode)
Client 10.2.0.1 NLS_LANG is 'AMERICAN_AMERICA.UTF8', NLS_NCHAR is
'<unset>'
