I have a Windows Server2008 64 bit box, with perl 64 bit and Oracle 10g 64 bit installed and trying to install DBI and DBD oracle to make oracle connections. I have never built a perl file. I have always just used ppm. So this is the first time running though it. Any help running through a few steps would be appreciated.
I have Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition on my laptop.
