I've already got most of the way through backporting the DBIC::SQL::Abstract
stuff. If any of your bastardizations are of general use please can we have
them :)

Also, this means we can now make SQLA support 'a.foo = b.bar' ... and
subselects! (****ing finally)

Patches very, very welcome.
