IMHO there's no need to put this into documentation, as I didn't see this in
any other project's INSTALL file ported to FreeBSD, and there're many of
them 
using gmake.

When dbmail 2.0 gets to a stable release, I'd suppose there'll very soon be 
an official FreeBSD port Makefile (containing USE_GMAKE="YES") like the one 
for the stable dbmail 1.2x port right now in FreeBSD ports.
