Hi all,

Following up on the performance thread I decided to checkout Leif's patch.
It works great.



I've committed the patch to cvs-head. Please let me know how it works for you.

If this hold up ok, I'll include this patch in the 2.0.0 debian packages as 
well.


Thank you Leif. The sqmail crowd will love this.

I had to merge his code manually mostly due to Leif's indent and braces styles and the table changes since rc3, but that was no big deal.
