Hello, So that's something messed up with folding whitespace (ie. a header line that wraps to the next line). I didn't follow the original message trace you posted, but at this point can you try the new code Paul Stevens just put in (ie. latest cvs)? I suppose it's possible also that procmail itsself would be causing a problem there, but I'd doubt it offhand - try that first.
