Yep.

/tmp/dbmail.conf: ASCII English text, with CRLF line terminators
Please strip those pesky linefeeds from the config. See if that helps.

Summary: Failure to connect to postgresql database - no
PostgreSQL user name specified in startup packet
Description:
When running DBMail 2.0.3 against a Postgresql 8 database you get the
following message in maillog
dbpgsql.ci,db_connect: PQconnectdb failed: FATAL: no PostgreSQL user name
specified in startup packet
The user name, password and database name are present in /etc/dbmail.conf
Hardcoding the values in pgsql/dbpgsql.c db_connect() results in a working
configuration.
I've had the same results using 2.0.3 and dbmail_2_0_branch_15_Feb_2005
