dbpgsql.ci,db_connect: PQconnectdb failed: FATAL: no PostgreSQL user name specified in startup packet The user name, password and database name are present in /etc/dbmail.conf Hardcoding the values in pgsql/dbpgsql.c db_connect() results in a working configuration.
