I have instaleed 2.0.0 release from download section stable release. Does any body can tell me, what lines I have to fix to remove problem in 2.0.0 build?

You will be much better off making a diff of your changes from 2.0.0 and seeing if those patch against 2.0.4 reasonably cleanly. Your changes might also be useful to a broader audience than you think.
