Summary: dbmail_construct_message does not assign correct
charset
Description:
Just so that we don't forget to fix this before 2.2.0, the issue is that
dbmail_construct_message is asking GMime to give a best-guess charset that
represents the Unicode string being passed to it. We're passing Unicode
strings from the Sieve layer already, so that much works. But GMime is
telling us that iso-8859-1 is a good representation for this data which is
really a clearly quoted-printable encoding of Unicode.
In steps to reproduce, I have pasted the iso-8859-1 output of the
quoted-printable decoding. In additional information I have pasted the
source message.

This should now be fixed. Could you please verify?

Nope, and now its not even Unicode in the body? :-\

Aaron,
This is a gigo situation. Gmime can't deduce the encoding used in the
bodystring after all. Just the optimal encoding for a given 8bit string.
