Howdy People,

I'd like to post a question about DNS, that is:

Some time ago was illegal do use a CNAME record on the domain root, ex:

Domain.com => CNAME maria.domain.pt

And on the root domain "domain.com" it's only possible to define an IP
addrr.

Does this still true or there was any change on the subject?

For hosting, if I could set the domain root with a CNAME, when I change IP
address I only have the need to change in one place.

Jorge.
