FYI - this isn't really a DBMail thing but rather a Postfix thing.
Nevertheless, you'll get help here from many friendly folks ;-)

My first suggestion of course is to search freshmeat.net for "email
whitelist" and see what pops up. At a glance, only a few promising
leads... anyways, hopefully something that will get you on track!
