[Dbmail] Mail Filtering w/ dbmail ?

Is it possible to filter mail using dbmail, similar to procmail or courier's
mailfilter??   I would mostly like to be able to filter email into different
folders based on content,  and also use programs like spamassasin.  Is this
at all possible?
