Ilja, I've updated those schema as contained in the debian packages.

Pre-4.x mysql appears to barf when foreign key statements are inside the create table statement.

hmm, strange. Foreign keys are supposed to be supported from MySQL 3.23.43b. I've tested on 3.23.50, on which the create tables statements seemed to work.
