Thanks Brian for responding

I use HORDE/IMP as my webmail and what im doing now is
is that via IMP i give my users there usage percentage
and tell them to never go pass 50%.
At 50% IMP shows the message in yellow.
At 75% IMP shows the message in red.
I realy give them double what they nead if they
ever get to 100% well they ask for it they lose mail.
