I used to use qmvc with qmail, i know it works with postfix also.

Using the following setup:
postfix -> dspam (with clamav) -> dbmail
"->" means SMTP delivery. So dspam is postfix's delivery agent and
dbmail is dspam's delivery agent. LMTP could be used instead of SMTP
too, i guess.
