From google:
Disable SELinux:
EDIT '/etc/selinux/config'
Change:
SELINUX=enforcing
to:
SELINUX=disabled
And reboot.
If you have "warning" or smth like that instead of "enforcing", then
selinux should not be the problem.
In case you're running the box in runlevel 5 and have KDE installed,
then I'd advise ju to check out KDE-> System Settings -> Security Level
-> SELinux. You can disable it from there or disable SELinux only for
certain services.
