And if as the person said he was at the small ISP level his job is on
the line. The induhvidual luser can choose to have good passwords or
crap ones, not the ISP. Give the option for smtp auth and explain why
its a good thing, put it in your default scripts but customers will
leave if using your email service is too hard.
