What is happening with my dbmail? I didn't changed nothing for all this
starting to happen, none either postfix or other library.
Strace -p "pid of lmtpd" doesn't show nothing, this on the pids that are
eating the CPU.

IDLE concerns IMAP only. The cpu load you reported came from lmtpd, right?
