[Dbmail] 500 Sender already received. Use RSET to clear.

I'm running DBMail from Git (e10143b6804824bffc20752251578de734a01df8) 
and I'm getting the following error whenever I try to deliver a message 
with LMTP. Can you spot what I'm doing wrong, or can I do anything to 
help fix this? Would any more details be helpful?
