I did put up a confluence installation, but I don't have the time to
rebuild the wiki there myself. Someone did volunteer, but he maybe too
busy himself as well.
Unless someone is willing to take wiki maintenance on, I think I'm going
to simply take the wiki off-line.
If you are willing, please let me know so I can give you admin rights on
the current wiki, and the same on the confluence installation.
