4d0daa3cd38b2bc69b75d6b610b2b35fc07fc8a5 has the same problem
even if i remove temporary the RPATH fixes in den SPEC

so the problem is in some of the recent changes and breaks
longtime maintained RPM-builds - please can we focus on
get HEAD stable/bugfree and leave other things unchanged?

http://git.dbmail.eu/paul/dbmail/commit/?id=1de353dd5a5c5c23bb82e577d629fc4c9ee34d0e
promises to maybe fix the Outlook 2013 problem but i can not get it started
