"good" to hear that i am not the only one, not
because it's good for you, but because it may
make it easier to debug and now we now it is
not only POP3

BTW:
i moved another message which did show only some headers
of our spam-firewall instead the body to Paul's testserver
and mailed him offlist too with two screenshots while the
second one shows that Thunderbird suddenly displayed the
wrong test-message on his testserver until repair folder

my colleague which is most time affected swears
that he did not have this problem all the last
12 years and this started since the mailserver
update :-(
