Yes of course using the SPARQL endpoint is an option - however it seems working 
for a subset of the currently support DBPedia 3.8 languages

For example the following query does not return any result:

SELECT ?enuri

WHERE {?enuri owl:sameAs <http://ro.dbpedia.org/resource/Petrobras> .}

While there is a valid page at http://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Petrobras and the 
property it is in the corresponding interlanguage_links_same_as_ro file [1]

I suppose the DBpedia SPARQL endpoint includes only a subset of the 
interlanguage links?
