actually you can download also non-canonicalized datasets from the same page
[1].
Moreover, the download server has got data for more than 100 Wikipedias,
including non-canonicalized datasets [2]
The above datasets are those without the "en_uris" tag in their name.
Please let us know whether those are what you are looking for!

Hi,
to my knowledge on the DBpedia download page [1] non-English datasets are
filtered out to only include resources that have their English counter-parts,
in order to provide them with a canonical URL and include in the main dataset.
I am wondering if there is a download page with raw results of data extraction
(type assignment in particular) including entities that don't have the
corresponding English entity.
