Hi Raphael,
There is a problem with the latest wikidata xml dumps and we have a pending
pull request that bypasses wrongly exported wikidata entities (as well as
other wikidata RDF export dumps)
https://github.com/dbpedia/extraction-framework/pull/376
If you are in a hurry checkout the branch to be merged, it's quite stable
and needs only a few tweaks not related to sameAs links
