Let me add to this that the intent is not only to discuss development *of*
deal.II, but that this also be a deal.II users meeting where we can discuss
development *with* deal.II. In other words, we are very interested to also
hear about uses of the library, as well as what users would think would be
useful directions for the library to go into, what things are missing, and
possibly getting people together who can help implement those parts.
I can not make Heidelberg meeting, thus my request now.
Please handle third and fourth degree PDE's.
You have the integration, you just need the shape functions.
e.g. Biharmonic PDE and beam PDE.
Adding 4D would be nice. x,y,z,t
Some times we know the boundary, approximately, for some t_final.
