The bugs listed there are most likely outdated. I keep trying with the latest xlC installation on our system every half a year or so, but everytime there's another problem. I keep submitting these to their developers (some of whom I know) and they get fixed but there's always "yet another bug" somewhere. I admit that they are getting rather obscure, so in fairness I have to say that xlC is getting better. I think you guys are not doing quite as crazy stuff with templates as we sometimes do, so YMMV.
