Hi all,
Has anyone configured dealii on Carver or Franklin at NERSC? I am having a
bit of trouble. After
module loading metis and petsc on Carver I did a
./configure --enable-mpi --disable-threads --with-umfpack
--with-petsc --with-metis
and got back the error
configure: error: Path to PETSc specified with --with-petsc does not
point to a complete PETSc installation
I echoed PETSC_DIR and got back the directory of the loaded module
/usr/common/acts/PETSc/3.1
I have also tried PETSc/3.0.0.
I had the same issue with Franklin. Please help.
