Hi
There's a piece(s) of copper wire in a brain. I'd like to set the cells
immediately surrounding this wire (except for the top and bottom surfaces)
including any splinters as non-conducting cells, i.e., I'd like to set the
diffusion coefficient (scalar/tensor) to zero. Is there a way to do this in
deal.II? I'm thinking of the FE_Nothing class but I'm not certain that's the
best way to go.
