FLORIDA:
Man gets death penalty for shooting 2 women
A central Florida man has been sentenced to death for killing his ex-girlfriend
and another woman.
A Brevard County judge sentenced 36-year-old Terence Tabius Oliver on Friday.
Florida Today ( http://on.flatoday.com/MYhJ4Q) reports he was convicted in
March of 2 counts of 1st-degree murder, as well as armed burglary and being a
felon in possession of a firearm.
Authorities say Oliver fatally shot 36-year-old Andrea Richardson and
25-year-old Krystal Pinson - Oliver's former girlfriend - at Richardson's
Titusville home in July 2009. Prosecutors say Oliver shot Pinson because he
suspected she was informing police of his whereabouts and then killed
Richardson because she saw the 1st shooting.
