deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian-ports unreleased main

Yep, stuck on ffmpeg, which is stuck because pocketsphinx FTBFS
with longstanding test suite failures on multiple architectures.
I have just asked the dependency on libpocketsphinx-dev to be removed
from ffmpeg on Alpha (#968555).

I doubt if we ever will have firefox built on Alpha again. It now
depends on the rust compiler which depends on LLVM, which does not
support Alpha and it would be a major piece of work to implement.

Presumably you built your own kernel and have the radeon module
in-built (otherwise it won't work).
