But we won't be able to fix it unless we either get a way to reproduce 
it or get more information from you.

Do you maybe still have the apt-get/aptitude output from the upgrade? 
There should be a copy in /var/log/apt/term.log* if the relevant file 
has not been rotated away, yet.

If no, maybe you can send us the relevant parts of /var/log/aptitude, 
/var/log/apt/history.log and /var/log/dpkg?

The files in /etc/apache2/mods-available are there or are they 
missing, too? In particular alias.*
